The room I booked was nicely updated, clean, and had a tub and 2 queen beds.

in all honestly I would not stay here again. When we entered the lobby there was no staff present, it took about 15 minutes before a front desk staff appeared. the rooms are extremely small and very outdated the bedding was very old and dingy. The room was very dark, for the price I wish I would have gone else where. The description was very misleading there was no veiw of the Dells as it stated. The pool outside was being filled with a hose as we arrived.

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! No coffee in breakfast room, and fly's, Lots of fly'S. Hair dryer missing, asked desk clerk about it, he told me they don't have hair dryers. I then asked other guest. They tole me they had them. Air conditioner smelled like mold, it was over 90 out and humid. We had to use it. There room had bugs!!!! I will never stay at one againe ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Days Inn & Suites By Wyndham Wisconsin Dells is the best pet-friendly hotel with very nice staff, modern rooms. The property offers slices of fresh bread, cereal, and hot waffles in the morning. The hotel's location in Wisconsin Dells is great, near many tourist attractions and all Wisconsin Dells activities.

A huge variety of food for breakfast including breads, cereal, and hot waffles. Wonderful and favourable location, close to everything.

Beds were very high.

I booked a room with two queen beds and was given only one bed, and they would not switch us to a two bed room. When we walked to our room our door was open, the bathroom toilet leaked, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable, they took great care of me. the room I stayed in was nicely updated, very clean, and had a comfortable queen bed. the price for my room was reasonable at $74.

Nothing, it was very dirty & smelled terrible. Garages were overflowing in every inside & outside trash can! The outdoor pool was disgusting! I wouldn't even let my dog swim in it. Very disappointing, pictures on the internet were very deceiving!

Location, thats it, I will never go there again though!

Probably one of the most filthy hotels we have ever stayed in. Boogers on the wall around the bathroom sink. The scum in the bath tub was so thick you could scrap it off with your finger nail. Urine on the floor and toilet. Hair dryer had long black hairs sticking to the cord...probably from all the gunk that was on the cord and dryer. Housekeeping was to clean our room spotless. The halfway cleaned the tub but nothing else.Very thin sheets on bed (old). The hotel itself was very, very dirty from the outside to the inside. Stairway up to the second floor had the same dirt on it from Friday night until the time we left Sunday A.M. Same in the hallways. This is not and I repeat not a 2 1/2 star hotel. This is closer to a 1 star at best. Spend the extra $$bucks and stay somewhere else.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was newly decorated, spacious, and very clean. The staff were always ready to help when needed.

Flies everywhere in the building. The breakfast provided also had flies, one of the waffle makers broken and poor selection. Some staff members did not accommodate my needs, asked for an iron and the man said he would bring it to my room and never did. Stayed in the sweet, cleaned are room but left no clean towels. The deck on the sweet had broken furniture.

My friends that stayed in another room had a lot of more problems than we did. The young woman in that room woke up with 3 bugs on her!!!!!! They also asked for a couple more towels, and they said they're weren't any; that they were still in the wash. What they did was would not pay for the night they stayed and checked out immediately and went to a different hotel!!!!!

Well-equipped room with central heating, a nice TV offering satellite channels, and a handy fridge - all in good condition. 🌟 However, some staff members could work on being friendlier.

The booking was all messed up cause they did not have bour booking the room was not clean, there wAS a pizza box up on a shelf that was left there, if we go again we will not stay here

Our room was not ready, key cards did not work, pool, hot tub were filthy, light burned out in sauna, no staff at the front desk. Room was very dirty, no staff to fix issues. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Halls were full of garbage. It was not a good experience, beds hard and room was musty and outdated.
